Throughout the program sessions, you will examine where you have been, what course of corrections is required now and where you want to go. Face the Truth - understand and confront the reality of all the dimensions of your engagement through deepening your awareness of the truth.
Nutrition – learn the impact nutrition has on your energy, moods, clarity, metabolism and performance. Discover how and when to eat to achieve full engagement.
Movement – discover how to move and exercise strategically to maximize your energy levels so you can be fully engaged in the things that matter to you. This session is designed to meet the needs of people at various fitness levels.
Defining Purpose – establish core values and discover powerful personal and professional consequences of aligning energy investment with your deepest values for a successful personal change.
Taking Action – design a personal ritual to increase your flow of energy towards those areas of your personal or professional life you want to grow. Commit to a specific launch date and an ongoing accountability system.
Skillful Storytelling – rewrite your old story and change the content of your private voice by making positive changes.
