F.E.T. Rechargers

Quarterly F.E.T. Recharger sessions are held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Center for Workforce Excellence. Recharger sessions are designed to review what you learned in the two day F.E.T. session, problem solve, and expand on your previously gained knowledge of nutrition and movement.

All San Juan Regional Medical Center employee time is paid to attend. Rechargers are a great opportunity to get re-energized, motivated and stay on track with the mission identified in F.E.T. Employees can register on HealthStream.
