Registration

• San Juan Regional Medical Center employee participants can register for a Full Engagement Training (F.E.T.) session through HealthStream or by contacting Sandra Grunwaldt at 609.2171, sgrunwaldt@sjrmc.net , Nicole Clark at 609.2176, ndclark@sjrmc.net or Shandra Smith at 609.6075, sjsmith@sjrmc.net.
• Employees can register for a Recharger on HealthStream or by contacting Sandra at 609.2171, sgrunwaldt@sjrmc.net, or Nicole Clark at 609.2176, ndclark@sjrmc.net
• Employees must have their manager’s approval prior to attending F.E.T.
• For managers and Kronos purposes, the F.E.T. program is two days, 10 hours per day. Quarterly F.E.T. Rechargers are three hours. All time for non-exempt employees will be paid at their hourly rate. Participants do not get overtime for attending the F.E.T. program. All exempt employees will receive their normal salary. Time will be charged to each department the employee is assigned.

Cost                                  

• San Juan Regional Medical Center spouses of employees, partners, or immediate family members can attend F.E.T. for $175.
• There is no cost to employees to participate in F.E.T. and F.E.T. rechargers.
