Bod Pod
While the Bod Pod is not a requirement to attend a Full Engagement Training session, it is a very valuable piece of information about your health, just like the blood work. Your Bod Pod assessment is private and confidential.
The Bod Pod is owned by San Juan Regional Medical Center and is available for use by all F.E.T. participants. There is no limit to the number of visits to the Bod Pod. We encourage you to use the Bod Pod to stay on track for your goals.
Because of its high level of accuracy, ease-of-use, and fast test time, the Bod Pod has quickly become the method of choice for measuring body composition. Bod Pod technology is based on the same whole-body measurement principle as hydrostatic weighing (the dunk tank), measuring and tracking body fat and lean mass using patented air displacement technology.
Please schedule your Bod Pod prior to attending class. To avoid delays due to scheduling difficulties, make your appointment in advance. YES, your privacy will be respected.
