Paying for Services
When you visit San Juan Regional Medical Center or a San Juan Health Partners clinic, payment or payment arrangements will be required for all scheduled services before the service are rendered. This includes co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and outstanding balances. We accept cash, check or credit card. If you are unable to pay at the time of service, we are here to help you. Online Bill Pay
If You Have Insurance
(including Medicare and Medicaid)
For our insured customers, we will file a claim on your behalf. We will send you a statement showing that we have filed the claim.
Important note: If your insurance company is one of those we do not have a contract with, we will allow them 60 days to pay before we bill you directly.

SJRMC/SJHP has programs designed to help you manage payment of your bill. For more information about these programs, please call the number provided on your statement.
Assisting Those Without Insurance
If you do not have health insurance, one of our healthcare guides can assist you with insurance enrollment through the health insurance exchange or with Medicaid eligibility. Call our Midland Group financial counselors for assistance at 505.609.6006.

If Your Payer is Indian Health Service (IHS)
If you are American/Indian/Alaskan Native (AI/AN), you may request IHS to pay all or part of your bill, but you must notify the Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) program at your IHS service unit of the care you received. To contact the PCR program at Northern Navajo Medical Center call 505.368.6070.
If You Wish to Make Payments
If you with to arrange for payments of any balance due after using available discounts, The Midland Group is available to assist with interest free payments for up to 12 months and long term payments up to 60 months at low interest rates. Patient Portal and Bill Pay
In an effort to protect our community and our caregivers as much as possible right now, San Juan Regional Medical Center is asking the public to refrain from coming in to our facilities to pay their bills. This applies to our main hospital billing office as well as our billing offices at 300 West Arrington Street, Suite 101, and will continue until further notice.
Please plan to make alternative billing arrangements by either paying your bill online through our patient portal or by sending your payment via mail. Our billing office addresses are as follows:
